Child Australia’s Roundtable Discussion

In 2023, Child Australia organised a roundtable to discuss supply issues in the Pilbara region. The event was attended by industry leaders, stakeholders and government officials, who came together to deliberate on a collaborative approach to ensure adequate childcare provision in the region, particularly focusing on the success factors of the childcare workforce.

ECEC Sector Workforce Roundtable

In 2022, the ECEC Sector Workforce Roundtable with Minister for Early Childhood Education, Dr. Anne Aly provided an opportunity to delve into essential topics such as the recognition of educators, career pathways and the adequate funding of the childcare sector as a core enabler to unlock the workforce more broadly.
