Child Australia 2023-2024 Reflect RAP
Child Australia’s Reflect RAP provides us with a shared vision of reconciliation as we work toward embedding the five dimensions of reconciliation into our organisation: unity, race relations, equality and equity, institutional integrity, and historical acceptance.
This plan is a commitment to working towards a more just and equitable Australia for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Annual Reports
Child Australia 2024-2025 Annual Report
Child Australia has made significant progress in delivering high-quality education and care across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. The 15% wage increase for Educators under the Children’s Services Award is a significant acknowledgment of their contributions. Thanks to the approval of our Alternative Fee Growth Application and the Worker Retention Grant, our Educators also received this well-deserved wage uplift, reflecting the value we place on their work. Our initiatives, like Thriving Futures, have proven effective in reducing waitlists. We also prioritized child safety, launching campaigns that encourage transparency and accountability. Celebrating our partnerships and collective efforts has strengthened communities, fostering brighter futures for children and families. Thank you to everyone involved in this journey.
