This course aims to explore ways to make the most of care routines to support babies to become confident communicators.

Sounds, words, songs and rhymes are fun for babies. They are fun, but they are also the main ingredients required for developing speech and language. In this course, you will have the chance to learn the best and most enjoyable ways to babble with babies. You will explore ways to make the most of care routines to support babies to become confident communicators. You will also develop awareness of how to identify babies and toddlers who might not be meeting expected early language milestones.
