Leadership in Early Childhood

Participants will reflect on their own leadership and develop an understanding of maintaining a professional workplace in which all staff member can communicate and raise issues openly, participate in respectful debate and contribute to each others ongoing professional learning.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Reflecting on improving methods.
  • Building staff members professional knowledge.
  • Strengthening relationships with children and families.
  • Establishing the expectations of quality of educators and practices to promote children’s wellbeing, learning and development.
